The CV400HFE Horizontal Baler is suitable for a medium throughput of material, up to 1 tonne per hour. It is ideally suited for an industrial setting producing a high quantity of small bulk material.

With the press plate extending the whole way to the door, the CV400HFE will produce a very dense mill sized bale. The bale can be fully discharged from the chamber after tying, making it easy to switch between materials.

The vertical tie system makes this machine easy to use & quick to tie.

Ideal for volume reduction of small sized material e.g. small boxes, shredded air blown material. Features Shear blade on top of press plate, Magic eye start-up, Automatic cut out when bale is full and Simple operating controls. Benefits Allows material to be easily cut after feeding, Operator can continuously feed machine, saving on down time, Operator is informed when the bale is ready to be tied, Suitable for bulk feeding of small material, eg air blown and ideal for smaller areas
